Organizer
This course is organized by BilboDrones, an entity belonging to the student junior enterprise association RIVIA, Tax ID (CIF) G56647795, with registered office at C/ Uribitarte 6, 48001, Bilbao, Bizkaia, Spain.
Participants
Minors aged between 8 and 12 years may enroll in the course, provided that registration is authorized and managed by their parents or legal guardians.
Registration and Payment Conditions
Registration for the course implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The enrollment fee, which is €45 for the beginner course and €60 for the intermediate course, is optional and covers the acquisition of a drone for the participant. Alternatively, participants may choose to rent a drone for €2 per day plus the cost of a single class.
The monthly course fee is €40.
Single classes cost €13, to which the daily drone rental fee must be added if applicable.
Payment must be made prior to the start of the course or the corresponding individual class.
The course management reserves the right to modify all prices, with prior notice published on the website.
Course Development
Classes will take place on Fridays from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the BilboDrones facilities.
The course content includes practical flight training, flight physics theory, current drone regulations, and basic electronic components knowledge.
The organization reserves the right to modify the schedule and/or location of the classes for justified reasons, committing to notify participants as far in advance as possible.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
In the event that the course is canceled by BilboDrones, all amounts paid for enrollment fees and unused monthly feeswill be refunded.
No refunds will be issued for individual sessions already completed or for daily drone rentals.
In the event of partial cancellation, the reservation fee will not be refunded.
Personal Data Protection
BilboDrones guarantees compliance with applicable personal data protection regulations. The data provided will be processed solely for the purpose of managing participation in the course and will not be used for other purposes without the express consent of the data subject.
Liability and Safety
BilboDrones and its instructors shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages suffered by participants during the course, except in cases of gross negligence directly attributable to course staff.
Parents or legal guardians acknowledge that drone flying involves inherent risks. By enrolling the minor in the course, they assume full responsibility for any incidents that may occur and expressly release BilboDrones from any claims or legal actions arising from participation in the activity.
Parents or legal guardians are advised to ensure that the participating minor is in good physical and mental health to take part in the course activities.
Throughout the course, instructors will supervise participants to ensure their safety.
BilboDrones shall not be held responsible for any accidents or damages resulting from improper use of the drone outside the course sessions.
Participants must follow all instructions provided by the instructors at all times.
